A good sign for the upcoming Ukraine peace talks. Russia derives much of its revenue for conducting the war mostly from oil sales. Now they’re dropping. That means Putin has more incentive than he did to go into the talks and to reach a settlement. Much of this is no doubt due to our own policy of encouraging drilling.
