This idiot will get at least 10 years in prison. My guess is his dog fighting operations were quite profitable. So obviously there is a large audience for such spectacles, with loads of betting going on.

He hasn’t done played in the NFL in 26 years.
He had one decent year (Cards, 1996) but was mostly a backup RB with an average length career. Probably played for league minimum for most of his career.

I looked on Spotrac for his career earnings but couldn’t find anything. Somewhere claimed his net worth is $1.6 million. Not sure how accurate that is.

The best I can find are that his career earnings were around $1.5 million. He also played in the XFL for a year. I suppose you played long enough to have lifetime healthcare. And he played long enough that he may have injury problems for the rest of his life, though I didn’t see anything specific about that.
