Can't hurt her feelings!
first, wrongly a barber needs more time in ‘practice’ than
to get a flying license;
second, previously vertigo and even gout were reasons not
to have a flying license.
How did she even get to fly?
I wonder if this has anything to do with the CVR being released as a transcript and not the actual recording...
Some states can take your drivers license away from you if your Vertigo is bad enough. Needless to say someone w/ Vertigo shouldn’t be anywhere near the cockpit of a plane.
Instructor: “I feel we are too high”
Her: “What about my feelings? Do you ever think about those?”
Those who approved of her piloting with vertigo should be named, shamed and held legally liable. No more hiding from the mess you helped to make.
Wonder if she had those ear crystal issues and needed to regularly do the Epley maneuver.

I have a close friend who was a navy pilot till he left the service to pursue a degree in pharmacology. I once asked him why he never considered becoming an airline pilot and he said such a career was only as good as his next physical.
Anybody besides me who is seeing the NTSB Government is minimizing the fault of the Government Helicopter????
Yep. DEI Woman Pilot. Responsible for many deaths.
Holy Carp! They should have left her in her usher job at the White House. Vertigo isn’t good if you’re a pilot. DEI is correctly spelled DIE. “You can be anything you want to be” is the biggest CROCK ever spoken. You can’t be anything you want to be. “A man has to know his limitations.” - Dirty Harry Callahan.
Was she using night vision? Unless you use night vision regularly and are used to it then it can make you dizzy. It is a known problem. Vertigo plus night vision maybe?
It also came out that the altimeter on the helicopter could’ve been as much as 100 feet off.

Ok. This is new. Frankly, in a normal world, such a condition would disqualify her from flying anything but VFR.
Additionally, a simulator qual should have disqualified her from flight duty under any conditions other than VFR, removing her from the cited assignment, and the civilian victims would still be alive.
If I was on a grand jury, my vote would support murder charges against her leadership.
Nonsense. You have to look at it this way: Who leaked the CVR to the New York Times, and WHY the New York Times? The fact that it was leaked meant someone was achieving a political purpose in leaking it. Now, a political purpose could be a just one, such as exposing corruption or establishing justice. But the fact that it was leaked to the New York Times meant that the leakers wanted to make sure that the politics of the situation were handled by Leftist despots.
This was terrorism. She hunted down the passenger jet.
By the way, my wife says she could’ve told them they wouldn’t find anything up there….🤨
Seriously, she should have NEVER been allowed to fly. I don’t even want to go for a walk when I have these attacks.
A helicopter pilot with “vertigo”? How about BLIND helicopter pilots? Are they okay too?
