This same physics/math problem arose….the faster you go, the less it takes terms of size of what you hit, to wipe you out.

There is no issue if one uses an Alcubierre warp drive. The interior is a bubble of spacetime that is shielded from the exterior. Of course, constructing an actual Alcubierre drive may be difficult or impossible.
