Maxwell will get a commutation i'm convinced of it now.

Not because of some grubby deal or anything but her sentence was quite harsh (20 years) and she is going to turn over evidence

I expect she wont get a full pardon because of her criminal activity but a good chance the rest of the sentence will get set aside. However, I didn't think Ross Ulbricht would get a full pardon so it depends on Trump really.

The media and some law and order FReepers will not be happy because of her actual crimes and background. I'm just preparing for it.

She went after children. She deserves the death penalty.

This reminds me of Ross’ pardon.

Not everyone will like it...

But funny enough im more uneasy about this one considering she was convicted of sex trafficking...

The “children” she’s accused of abusing were 17 in most cases, so there’s a bit of hyperbole in what happened.

“There is no “deep state.” It’s all of them. Left AND right.”

Succinctly stated it is the “uniparty” that keeps them in power. Under that umbrella is the enemy.

Maxwell knows a lot about the Epstein crimes and who all was involved. If she spills the beans and helps bring them to justice, she deserves a lighter sentence.

I disagree with Greg Kelly... I don't think she was an innocent bystander.

Too many teenage girls described how Maxwell recruited and trained them as sex hostesses
No way could their testimony be denied as evidence

A summary from the appeal, and word-for-word:

"Maxwell was convicted of conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423(a); and sex trafficking of a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1591(a) and (b)(2). She was principally sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 60 months, 120 months, and 240 months, respectively, to be followed by concurrent terms of supervised release. On appeal, the questions presented are whether (1) Jeffrey Epstein's Non-Prosecution Agreement with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida barred Maxwell's prosecution by the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York; (2) a second superseding indictment of March 29, 2021, complied with the statute of limitations; (3) the District Court abused its discretion in denying Maxwell's Rule 33 motion for a new trial based on the claimed violation of her Sixth Amendment right to a fair and impartial jury; (4) the District Court's response to a jury note resulted in a constructive amendment of, or prejudicial variance from, the allegations in the second superseding indictment; and (5) Maxwell's sentence was procedurally reasonable. Identifying no errors in the District Court's conduct of this complex case, we AFFIRM the District Court's June 29, 2022, judgment of conviction."

Apt. If there is / are Deep State and / or uni-party players with filthy hands in all this, their names and deeds deserve, at the minimum, to see the "light of day."

Somehow, this seems to wrap together with the Clintons and their allies in a big way.

I'm just preparing for it.

I’m doing under it I wouldn’t be surprised. I’ve also added Diddy to the list.

I didn’t know all the facts or legalities, but it’s pretty certain Ghislaine was having sex with the girls too. And that’s disgusting!

Just because she is guilty, doesn’t mean she is not being framed.

Guilty people get framed all the time.

Unscrupulous prosecutors do it all the time.

Easiest and best way to say case closed, nothing to see hear, move along.

And recent history has revealed there are a lot of unscrupulous prosecutors.

Put ALL the bad actions on a dead Epstein who can tell no tales and Maxwell who got the message when Epstein supposedly “offed” himself.

I know little of this Kelly guy as I have never watched Newsmax nor any so-called cable news network since 2016.

But as lousy as so-called cable news networks are at reporting the news, occasionally they stumble on to half-truths.

She is definitely guilty. The problem that people have with all of this is that she became the scapegoat.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they made a deal with her where she is either allowed to leave the country and never reenter, or she enters the witness protection program with a new ID.

I have a strong fear that she is going to be targeted by paid assassins.

I think she should be water boarded. Instead, she’s moved to the Comfy Prison Camp for Wayward Sex Traffickers. So Comfy! ❤️

“”The media and some law and order FReepers will not be happy because of her actual crimes and background. I’m just preparing for it.””

Ok, please explain what is wrong with “law and order FReepers”.. or law and order patriots, for that matter... and why would you have to “prepare for it” as if that’s a bad thing? Expecting accountability and justice is what everyone ‘should’ be doing right about now.... about every issue we’re faced with.
