The above is fairly depressing, which is not his normal mode. He's far more critical of the Israeli government, specifically the management of war in terms of a failure to enter the information war than I'm comfortable with. But the notion that Hamas will sacrifice any number of Gazan civilians to achieve its aims is daunting. I don't know how it should be overcome.

Hamas is no different than any other terrorist organization or leftist government.
