One person on the news said 1) this isn’t even a prison cell video 2) this doesn’t clearly show all the area around the outside of the prison cell and 3) Someone craftily moving out of camera range to the side could enter and leave without being on camera. 4) If needed a distorted time amount resulting in the “minute” or more could be time stamped.
