🚨Maxwell makes demands to testify before House Oversight on Aug 11th.
✅ formal immunity from prosecution
✅ insists the interview not take place at the prison in Tallahassee
✅ must receive all committee questions in advance to ensure fairness
They also stipulate that any testimony be scheduled only after the resolution of her Supreme Court petition and an upcoming habeas filing.
Those are not unreasonable demands. To do otherwise would be completely foolish.
