False;

Jews who have converted to another religion are not eligible to immigrate under the Law of Return, even though they are still Jews according to halakha.

It is the one area of discrimination and persecution that the State of Israel courts affirmed against Jews who believe Yeshua/Jesus is the Messiah. It acknowledges they are Jews but refuses them the right to return to Israel (which right is truly only the Messiah's to grant; praise be to the Holy One of Israel who will guard and protect them).
