These days it seems “partisan” to require fidelity to the Constitution.
And no partisan seems to realize that True the Ballot is a state issue, not a federal issue...per the Constitution.
The FEC and HAVA are the main reasons for recent problems. But how often are they investigated, their procedures and bribery of voting systems blamed on FEC and HAVA?
