They also like to use the elections in New Jersey and Virginia as some bellwether of future election results.
New Jersey and Virginia hold state elections exactly a year after a presidential election, and exactly a year before the midterm elections.
I don’t know if there’s any particular track record from those two states elections, but have already heard political pundits and prognosticators talking about the GOP chances in those two states this year.
Washington and Lincoln will be held in just as high esteem-no one else-even if he quit now.
I’d hate to think of him as nothing more than a veto pen in 2027. Too much to pile on over and don’t forget the entertainment.

If we go back just one year and one month we are at the Biden/Trump debate that changed everything.

However, common sense tells me we’re losing the House in the midterms.
I believe the senate looks better.
