Well there it is. The most ignert and unrealistic thing I’ll see today.
So woke is ok, with you, got it.
Quite possibly the most poorly created special FX depiction of a nuclear nuclear explosion.
Then the soft hearted wife shows everyone into the compound to eat then out of house and home. She’s shown as the wise one.
Woke….

Some of us are intelligent enough to watch, and even enjoy, modern media critically.
Propaganda often ruins the art form, whether the message being sent is true or false.
We can enjoy fiction because of our human ability to experience the “suspension of disbelief”.
Unfortunately, sometimes we have to apply that to the political messages in movies and TV shows, as well as the improbable story elements. LGBT is normal, gay couples can be married, Communism/socialism can be successful, and Superman really can fly and shoot laser beams out of his eyes.
The more people who pine for nuclear annihilation, the more likely it is to occur. Some people truly are sick.
The mutants are already there.
I should add: I do not recommend this show unless somebody is already a fan of the Fallout franchise.

You have got to be kidding. I am not pleased with their politics, but I would not sacrifice a single US city for Ukraine. Even a blue one. Even at that, I am not sure a Ukrainian victory is a good thing.
The series isn’t woke much. The main black character is a doofus. The main female character isn’t a superhero. She’s barely managing to survive. The main white male character is morally gray but the most competent of any character.
It’s a goofy tv series based on a goofy game. I’m a big fan of both.
It was not intentionally a “kamikaze” attack.
Doolittle’s force had airfields waiting for them in China.
They launched early because they thought they had been spotted.
That’s why it was a one-way trip for some many of them.

Yes, I should have been more clear. The real warmongers, the Neocons, like Lindsey Graham and especially the European leaders have all but stated that they intend to start a war with Russia once they can build up their militaries enough to at least think they stand a chance. They literally have NIGHTMARES thinking about what a Russia victory in Ukraine would mean (hint, it pretty much means that Ukraine would be back to what it was before 2014....that’s about it).
Ironically, the cost of their immigration policies will likely preclude building up their militaries, and then those same immigrants will likely start taking power in European countries within 10 years and I doubt they’ll have the same obsession with Russia. And if all of that isn’t enough, their Global Warming hysteria is in the process of killing off any chance of having an industrial base big enough to even build up their militaries.
So, in the end, I’m not worried about Europeans starting World War 3...but China does worry me.
I didn’t see much if any “woke” in there. What did you see? The game series is anything but woke lol.
The game series has a ‘50’s esthetic, retro-futuristic.
No audio to infernal that the punch was over anything other than survival.
The game series predates modern woke trends.
