How is this not a waste of money? What did they find out? That sharks take turns eating a carcass. Brilliant insight.

Oddly the article was of scientific interest. I find it odd that large sharks can find enough food to eat at that depth where food is scarce. The upper zones of the ocean is where the food is at. I would suspect the sharks just followed the food down as it was dropped from the vessel.

Shark 1. "Hey Cutter, those dudes just threw a cow over board with weights to take it to the bottom."

Shark 2. "Hey Slasher I think we should follow it to the bottom and eat it."

All the little sharks. "Can we come also?" Cutter and Slasher say, "Okay but we are first."
