Why is the “why” even a question??? The answer seems pretty obvious to me: she thinks she can make close to a 50% profit on the sale... you can live quite a while if they can really clear anything close to $10 million.

The UK just passed a law to tax rich people on all assets worldwide. Many are leaving the UK. I suspect this is the reason she may be selling.
