I guess.
I’ve been to the Alamo several times. This purchase reduces my desire to go again. I can see myself explaining the historical significance of this bike and the Texas Revolution to my granddaughters!

It’s in the visitor’s center, not the Alamo.

Along with all sorts of other Hollywood, music, and societal memorabilia, from John Wayne to Disney Davey Crocket stuff to Steve McQueen and Pee Wee Herman.

My response is based off of truth and news reports. I was also a bit tongue in cheek. I had an office right next door to the Alamo in the early 90s and it would take me less than 200 steps to get to the wall of the Alamo.


I guess there are no more Texas Revolution artifacts to purchase and $125k was burning a hole in the Alamo administrators pockets.
