Ozzy Osbourne, the lead singer of Black Sabbath, died Tuesday. He was 76.
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the family said in a statement to BBC. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

I bet he was just like my gang at 30. We all agreed we’d never see 60. Some didn’t.

In my defense, I just checked with Perplexity and it is loaded with weasel words like “well, he identified as a Christian but…”.

From an AI-assisted program I just asked:
“Ozzy Osbourne identifies as a Christian and has been connected to the Church of England since 1992, stating that he prays before every performance. Despite his wild persona, his faith has been a subtle part of his life.”
