I’ve been careful to avoid every high school reunion so far, right up through the 50th a few years ago.
Other famous people who die at 71 included -- Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, Johnny Cash, George Carlin, Kirstie Alley, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Luciano Pavarotti, Grover Cleveland, Chuck Connors, Jackie Gleason, George C. Scott, and that wacky Neville Chamberlain.
So many windows when one is a Marcus..... But one finds the average life span, according to recent articles, is about 73 in both Z-land and P-land. One can therefore look forward to some more "windows" humor from the UK press. After all their King Chuck is 76. Time enough for pulling the RIP cord.
If she wasn’t pushed out of a window, it was probably not KGB/FSB/MSNBC/Whatever it’s called these days. They like being obvious, apparently. I think the thinking is that audacity in murder helps reduce the number of murders necessary.

You don’t need to convince me that plenty of people have died at age 71. That doesn’t explain away why every critic of Putin ends up falling out of a window. What’s pathetic is that the only explanation why Putin would use such an absurd way to murder so many people is because he wants everyone to know these are political assassinations, and yet neo-Soviet FReepers keep trying to suggest that they aren’t.
So here's the gist. One reads of "Putinistas" and now your "neo-Soviet Freeper" imagery, and yet, whoever they may be, they are not is such great profusion as what one could term "neo-Bandera Freepers" and "Zelensky-istas." Word games have consequences. Anonymous accusations have effects.
Here's one. After a lovely stroll on beach this afternoon with my bride, I was sitting at my desk, and was about to push that "donate" link, as I have done in previous quarters. Even though I've have been called "evil," "caustic," a "Putin stooge", and implied that I was some kind of "Putinista" or this clever image of a "neo-Soviet Freeper."
Upshot, Mister Dangus? I've put my charge card back in my wallet. And now I'll sign off.
