If one was a prime number than it would be the only prime number.
People don’t take this into account.
And even if they can pick up our signals what makes anyone think they understand English or any other Earth language?
I think it was George Carlin who stated that it’s certain intelligent life exists in the universe. That they don’t want to deal with us proves it.
Haha true LOL 🤣
I had read it explained that way oops 😬 long time ago
After the resurrection how did Jesus move from place and ascend into heaven? And Elijah? And Enoch? And ???
And Angels? Devils? I don’t have that level of science.
I don’t know anyone who does.
Perhaps our idea of intelligent life doesn’t seem intelligent to other intelligent beings. When you consider the state of our world with it’s senseless wars, mass murders by governments, governments pillaging’s of it own citizens and other horrors. Truly intelligent beings would not trust us nor would want anything to do with us other than to keep an eye on us to keep us at arms distance.
I agree. Us trying to contact them with our primitive methods would be like Grunting at them caveman style. Why would they even make an attempt to reply back?
The wise man knows he actually knows very little. His life is a quest to gain knowledge, even if total knowledge is never found.
.
The Drake equation is expressed as: N = R\* \* fp \* ne \* fl \* fi \* fc \* L.Where: N = the number of civilizations in our galaxy with which communication might be possible.
unknown
R\* = the average rate of star formation in our galaxy.
Probably depends where and when you're at.
fp = the fraction of those stars with planets.
really high
ne = the average number of planets that can potentially support life per star with planets.fl = the fraction of planets that develop life.
on naturalistic and evolutionary assumptions, based on what we see and what we know now, really, really, really low.
fi = the fraction of life-bearing planets on which intelligent life emerges.fc = the fraction of civilizations that develop a technology that releases detectable signals into space.
L = the average length of time for which such civilizations release detectable signals.
Unknown, unknown, unknown.
We could very well be it. It's not a Star Trek/Babylon 5 universe out there. No Vulcans or Klingons, no Kzinti or Vorlons.
523. The first three primes in a number which itself is prime and the only way a combination of the three could be prime.
Cool!
What happens when you're in the right place at the right time? Astrophysicist Frank Drake uses the Drake equation to determine whether or not there is civilisation out there.Do We Share Our Galaxy With Others? | 5:33

I saw Chuck Norris count to infinity. Twice.
Then he divided by zero. Yawned and then squared a couple of circles.
2357 and 2753 are both prime, so this can’t be extended by one more prime.
235,117 is prime, so is 257,311, five primes don’t work.
Seems fairly unlikely that there would be exactly one prime using 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 13, given there are 720 permutations.
Nice!!
"We've sent out one or two little messages, but we certainly aren't investing billions of dollars shouting out into the cosmos saying, "Hey, we are here. Come say hi."
In the vast silence of the cosmos, one unsettling theory lingers: What if we're not alone, everyone else is hiding? The Dark Forest Hypothesis offers a chilling answer to the Fermi Paradox: intelligent civilizations may be out there, but they stay silent out of fear.
Astronomer David Kipping explores the risks of shouting into the void, the psychology of cosmic survival, and whether alien civilizations might already know we're here. The Fermi Paradox has a potentially terrifying answer:
