It all depends on how you define tv. To me a computer screen is a type of television with much more interactive programming. For many people that's true; they watch entertainment on their computers. I don't; I use them for work and household tasks like documentation and paying bills. There's no incoming entertainment feed like there is with a true television.
But there is a lot of crossover, so I grant you the point as it applies generally.
