A fantastic idea, this not only helps established companies but gives a shot for small time companies with new ideas that might be having a hard time getting their tech looked at.

Another thread of strange reactions to what is a very good idea, it appears to have something to do with the fact that it would be helping us and our side in the war and our global allies, while hindering the Russian/North Korean side.
