Court documents obtained by News 4-Fox 11 have revealed details about a newborn baby found abandoned in a dumpster for at least 10 hours at a Sun Valley apartment complex over the weekend.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office responded to the Elevate Apartments on Sun Valley Blvd. at about 1:30 p.m. on July 5 after a concerned citizen reported hearing a baby crying in a trash can.
Upon arrival, deputies met with a family who had discovered the baby boy wrapped in a white trash bag inside the dumpster. The son of the family jumped into the trash and handed the baby to deputies. According to court documents, the baby was naked, covered in fluid, and had 8 to 10 inches of umbilical cord attached. The baby was cold to the touch, prompting a deputy to wrap him in a "survival blanket" until medical personnel arrived. The baby was then rushed to Renown for immediate treatment, where medical staff noted the umbilical cord had been crudely cut.

The parents of the baby have apparently done this before two years ago in Sparks, NV but were not charged due to lack of evidence. Real winners.

I say hang the women and put the males head on a pike in a public square if you want to see these activities end. If you want to end horrible behavior, make the punishment many times more horrible.
