The Red Cross receives NO federal funding and look what that organization is able to do.....and in the case of npr, the Red Cross isn’t just running their mouth and spreading propaganda.

NPR and PBS are among the wealthiest media outlets in America. They don’t need government funding. And frankly they shouldn’t have it. They do have commercials, slimy little statements or full ads that show up at the beginning and end of most shows. They also get loads of donations. And there are numerous license fees they charge for content.

They do not need government money. But more importantly, the fact that they have an opinion should mean that they should never get government funding. They are not and have never been nonpartisan. Cutting them off is long overdue.
