I like my morning coffee (enjoying my second cup right now!).

I drink coffee. But I read of a Swedish study which said that too much coffee can induce glaucoma.

2 cups of my high octane brew every morning and I’m ready to tackle the world. I add about a tablespoon of my homemade vanilla extract to the pot and a little cream in my mug. Yum.

I start my day with a quad shot of fresh ground french roast or espresso roast delivered from my Starbucks Barista. I may have a second one a little later.

long winded chick but knowledgeable.
I skipped around. At least one important finding for me at 16:20. Filtered coffee reduces diterpenes which are compounds found in coffee that can raise cholesterol.
I’ll keep doing what I’m doing. Thanks for posting.

I remember for years “researchers” trying to link coffee to cancer and other related horrors.
Nothing was ever found, and, in fact, the researchers kept finding more and more benefits from drinking coffee.
I think now I can drink my morning coffee in peace.
