The Russian admiral is probably correct. Drone warfare is changing everything, just as the aircraft carrier eventually sent the battleships to the graveyards.

I recall when this thing had to be towed to Syria a few years back. At that time it was an unworkable piece of junk. And I wondered why can’t the Russians get it right? The US and Japanese had aircraft carriers figured out before WWII, and Russia is still tinkering with the idea? Something is terribly wrong.
