If it was a secret, then they need to be prosecuted. If it wasn’t, or they didn’t exist and the AP is making up a story, then either reason may be the reason AP didn’t identify them? I’ve been involved with the AP before and they lie like a rug to fit their need.

Russia’s about to enter a new phase of this war. They plan to continue this war even when all of their initial grievances for the war have been met in a very pro-Russian offer of peace by Trump. Russia’s inexplicable continuation of the war, arguably against their own best interests, has moved this war from the category of a regional conflict into the category of a potential global conflict. It is very likely part of some grand plan to embroil America in a multi-theater war. In other words, Russia and China may be trying to bust a move.
Just postponing the inevitable defeat for Ukraine. With many more lives and billions of taxpayers dollars wasted.
