That’s a phony story. The article that started it was about who hung up first. Then someone “elaborated”....inferring that Putin slammed down the phone on President Trump. As usual, the media is playing it’s games.
Putin hung up on President Trump and Ushakov joked about and then rushed out a mocking readout of the call within 30 minutes. Insulting and monumentally stupid.
