There are plenty of drivers like that unfortunately. I was almost rear ended yesterday because I stopped at a yellow light right before it turned red. The person behind me (like many others) have no problem running a red light when it first turns. Probably the same in this case. But it’s not the same as running a red light. That train won’t stop like traffic at an intersection because of one idiot.

It looks like the driver missed the driving test question about what is the proper procedure when approaching a train crossing when the crossing arms are down.
