America First Legal, a conservative legal organization founded by White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, along with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, has filed a federal civil rights complaint against the L.A. Dodgers and Guggenheim Partners.

The complaint alleges that both entities engage in racially and sexually discriminatory hiring practices under the banner of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Guggenheim Partners is an investment firm led by Dodgers controlling owner Mark Walter.

In a June 30 letter addressed to Acting EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas, the America First Legal Foundation accused the Dodgers and the investment firm of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by making employment decisions based on race, color, sex or national origin.

Another misguided lawsuit inviting the feds into MORE unconstitutional activity.

The feds have NOTHING constitutionally to do with private enterprise including sports like MLB and the Dodgers.

When will the misguidance end?

If leftist organizations don’t like the federal government dictating hiring practices they can join conservatives in an effort to restrain the government from violating the right to associate as we please.

Until then they can embrace the suck when conservatives control the levers of power.

LA Dodgers should not exist. The Dodger name belongs to the Brooklyn Dodgers - when the BD's left, the name should have stayed in Brooklyn. Let that LA team come up with something that identifies them as being in LA.

They’re not the Trolley Dodgers anymore. Now they’re the Freeway Dodgers.

In a perfect world, you’re correct. However, when a meritocracy is ignored wholesale in violation of our equal rights as written in the Constitution, what is the proper way to address this, in your opinion?
Just ignore it, and hope it goes away?

The L.A. Doyers have a mutual love affair with their ILLEGAL ALIEN BASE and they've made that VERY clear to include ANTI-ICE statements.

Buh bye Doyers. It's sad because Shohei Ohtani is a phenom but Doyers management SUCKS.

Funny that the Dodgers think they “own” that land and stadium.

Based on what nation, whose laws? The laws of the nation of Mexico? Or the Buss family?

Property forfeiture should be the real penalty for violations of 8 USC 1324. Once you decide you aren’t a part of this nation, you’ve seceded and we want the property back.

The feds should find some way to penalize the Dodgers for their refusal to allow ICE to use their parking lot as well.

I think it was the O’Malleys who owned the Dodgers. Dr. Buss owned the Lakers

Hebrews 11:6, interesting verse.

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because
anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and
that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

It is the threshold verse of the Bible. It contains the entire Gospel.
