The Feds own him now - literally. He has lost all rights under search and seizure. His lawyers cannot tell him to invoke his right to remain silent anymore. He can try to lie to his Federal Probation Officers, but it’s at his own risk. A lot depends on his willingness at this point to cooperate and tell what he knows, what he did, and where any further evidence will be found. He must absolutely disclose all is financial information. So, will the DOJ put a hard squeeze on him? He can do soft time or go to Federal Max. I hope they are ruthless with him.
