I find myself unable to feel any sympathy for this woman. She chose to get pregnant when she had no intention of allowing the baby to live. Disgusting.

For those who don’t know: There is a special nurse tasked with assembling all the baby parts into a gruesome puzzle to make sure all the parts have been recovered.
