There was a "Blondie" strip once where Dagwood was mistakenly taken in for questioning by the police and they ask him what he was doing on a certain date many years in the past.
I can remember some things I did in 1967 but could not tell you for sure where I was on June 28 of that year (most likely at my parents’ house)...

I know exactly where I was... I was at home on the farm and at some point during the day, I was discussing what was going on in Israel with my Dad. On June 28, 1967, Israel formally annexed East Jerusalem following the Six-Day War. My Dad was watching the Six-Day war like a hawk as he figured that outside of the birth of Israel, this was the most important event in his lifetime that pertained to the eschatology laid out in Scripture.
Meanwhile, I was looking forward to the upcoming holiday weekend, where we would watch fireworks at Anaheim Stadium, aka the Big A, a baseball field down in Anaheim located across the street from an orange grove. Periodically throughout the day, I would tune in to KWIZ, which blasted out Oldies at 1480 kilocycles on the AM band--It would be four years before I got my first FM radio--but I would occasionally surf over to Boss Radio 93 KHJ to keep track of the latest Top 40 hits.
Well I was 10 years old. I assume school had finished by late June and summer vacation was on. Earlier probably in April I watched the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup on a black and white tv. I know our family went to see the Expo 67 World’s Fair in Montreal later that summer as well. I had a few childhood friends from the street I lived on and we often played war in the ravine behind our school.
