My neighbor’s Tesla initially raised the garage door on its own at random times according to him.
Stuff has walked out of that garage and yet he leaves the door up with no one around into the night.
The rule here is that the garage door is down unless someone is in there.
I got a garage camera that works with the replaced garage door system for extra piece of mind.
The old door system developed a fault towards the end of its lifetime where the door would drop and stay closed for a second and raise sometimes.

The democrat party thugs in Los Angeles were calling in a Waymo cars and setting fire to them. They could easily added explosives and have the remote car drive to a crowed destination.
