What’s so pathetic or nonexistent about services in NYC?

I’ve never been to NYC, but I see residents of the city on television all the time complaining about the filth and dangers of the streets and subways.

You name it, it's all horrible!

Police? They've been told to NOT do anything.

The subways are filthy, expensive, and extremely dangerous.

School? Invaded by filthy, nonEnglish speaking ILLEGAL ALIENS, as well as the state's syllabus and Regents test being so dumbed down, that they're all worthless!

And the infrastucture is a disaster!
