What people need to understand is the international law concept of imminent. As long as Iran remained weeks away from an actual bomb, traditional international law would allow it to proceed construction a world class nuclear weapons production capability.

This is the correct answer.
She doesn’t always hit the mark with me. But I don’t doubt her love for our USA.
That being said, I’m starting to think that term limits for these reps are a good idea. Even if the rep does an outstanding job, s/he needs to gracefully step aside after a set period of time, regardless of constituents’ love.
The rep can of course continue to serve the USA in many other capacities after end of term.
