Iran moved all there material elsewhere that was processed, most likely enough for several bombs but that doesn’t matter as Iran bought a number of Russian nukes way back when off the Black Market.

In 1981, Israel bombed Iraqi nuclear sites. Since then, we did not hear Iraq and nuclear in a same sentence anymore. Until Dubya came along.
