It only takes one B-2 bomber to ruin your whole day/week/month/etc…
Being as the US is flying the B2’s across the Pacific, they’ll get there a day earlier!

I need some enlightening here please. Why are the flights to the west to Guam, rather than eastbound to one of our European or African bases? Is it that the planes and cargoes are safer in Guam, or maybe host countries of other bases are reluctant to have them in their lap?
Diego Garcia’s gotta be filled up. Remember France not allowing our jets to flyover to get to Libya from England? They had to go through the Straight of Gibraltar. Pilots had to be helped out of their cockpits when it was over.
Yup, it's a straight shot to Iran from there; no borders to negotiate re air space.

Wonder what would happen if elite forces of Israel would capture an anti Ayatollah region of Iran and start arming insurgents...meanwhile destroying Ayatollah regime infrastructure.

Would they really plan to land 6 B2 bombers loaded with 15ton bunker buster bombs on board? My understanding is you load the bombs, drop the bombs then land.
Seems a bit illogical to load, take off then land and then takeoff for a bombing run.
They take off with the bombs and fuel the planes in the air as a plane cannot take off with a full load of both bombs and fuel. At least I heard it was the case with B-52’s.
It will only take one or two bombers to get rid of the nuclear bomb danger so that USA as well as the countries nearer to Iran can breathe a whole lot easier.
One thing I simply MUST comment on... and yes, complain about, is how NYT especially....but some other media also...like to publish information about American or allied troop, airplane, missile shipments, deployments, and battle plans. This removes the important element of surprise, all our enemies need to do is look at their laptops to find out where our military is and where it is going and why. This can be a very serious security breach and one that that endangers both our victories and our armed forces — needlessly. Sitting here in my kitchen in USA, I do not need to know the details of my country’s military deployments or our battle plans ahead of any action. MEDIA, report AFTER we achieve victory and STOP “informing” us (and our enemies) beforehand what our military experts and commanders are seeking to accomplish, when, and where, and with what equipment.
So, 6 in Diego Garcia and 6 in Guam.
They are probably being refreshed after the long flights and the crews are getting some sleep and situation briefings.
I imagine that the Iranians will not know what path they are taking and there are probably lots of spoofing drones to confuse anyone who is trying to find them.
And, the MOPs could have been sent to these bases in April on ships.
Shell game.
Here is the problem.
If they do a mission and even 1 of the 6 goes down, Trump’s presidency will be ended. And this 1 of 6 ratio might take place failing to penetrate that mountain deep enough.
It’s not worth the risk to America losing Trump’s ability to compel RINOs.
