In truth though, the country malingers under a burden of virulent mythologies producing black urban cultures with shattered families, indiscriminate abortion, and rampant criminality. In these cultures, blacks re-segregate themselves and reject Dr. Martin Luther King’s dream of a symphony of brotherhood.
