The gorgeous Martha's Vineyard getaway where Barack and Michelle Obama used to spend their summers has found a buyer - just six weeks after it was put on the market for $39 million.
Known as Blue Heron Farm, the sprawling Massachusetts property played host to the Obamas for three consecutive summers starting in 2009, with reports at the time suggesting that the family paid a staggering $50,000 a week to rent the abode.
But the family was forced to find an alternative summer sanctuary when the Chilmark, MA, home was sold to a new owner—who carried out extensive renovations on the 30-acre property, while also taking it off the rental market, instead using it as a full-time dwelling.
Now, however, the iconic retreat looks set to change hands, with its listing agents, Brian Dougherty and Maggie Gold Seelig with Corcoran confirming to Realtor.com® that it is now in contract, although details of the offer are not yet known.
The opulent sanctuary seemingly went into contract on June 16, after spending a mere 40 days on the market.

I’d like an explanation as to why they have the kind of cash - a summer house
The Obama’s are the slyest, coolest, richest and trickiest elite scum ever to hold a position of power in the United States Presidency.
They were cleverest lying sacks of feces ever to be elected.
He came, he lied, he conquered the hearts of naive citizens all in order to line his pockets with wealth and fame.
If you can go back and see President Nixon’s final farewell to the White house staff in August 1974, he states:
“...No man or no woman came into this Administration and left it with more of this world’s goods than when he came in. No man or no woman ever profited at the public expense or the public till”.
The disgraced Nixon was 100 times more honorable than the Islamic Brotherhood, Obamas.
I think they used to rent it 15 years ago.
Other than that- they aren’t connected to it.
Minimum security so that the residents can mingle with the rich people all day long, every day. And have a face-tatoo parlor so the detainees can learn a trade.
I wonder if the governor will activate the National Guard to force the removal of these mostly peaceful new arrivals.

They make me sick to my stomach. That money is ill gotten. Both should be behind bars. Now they’ll have 39M to add to their account.
Article indicates Obamatollah only rented for 3 summers and never purchased.

Its poorly written. The headline gives the impression that Obama sold the house when, in fact, the sale and ownership had nothing to do with him.
Oh NO! Those poor Obama’s! Whatever will they do?!
