I agree with Rand on this. No American soldier should die for Israel on Iranian soil. Not on the ground or in the air.

I like Rand in general, but this is just grandstanding. There is no real sentiment to send American troops into Iran. The real question will be whether or not we are willing to provide Israel with the ordnance and equipment to knock out Iran’s primary nuke site.

Now is a good time for Rand Paul to say something as the talk has shifted real quick from them saying they need to end their program to needing regime change. So there’s already a sort of “mission creep” talking place.
Why are we even posting articles about this? I have yet to hear a single Government official even hint at putting boots on the ground. I like Rand but he sound like a little harpie here out for attention.
