Thank you very much and God bless you.
No argument from me. Cold War caused a lot of alliances and vessels that may have been justified, but that was 35+ years ago. It’s over.
The should make an icbm version of it.
Are they accurate enough to repeat a hit on the same hole?
Keep pushing war....people that are pushing war should get their sons and dtrs and grandchildren signed up.
Can be delivered out the back of a C 130.
Israel flies C 130s.
Yeah, you can’t just shove a MOP out the back of a cargo plane. It would probably take at least a few MOPs impacting the same spot to have a reasonable chance of success anyway.
We only have 21 B-2 bombers. We were supposed to have over 130 but the program kept getting whittled down.
And we're already pulling B-1s out of the boneyard. Two now, already.
[Nothing says you have to drop anything. Once Israel controls the immediate area, they can use conventional drill rigs to put bombs of any size they want where they want at any depth they want, and that includes a hydrogen warhead which they possess.]
Israel is setting Fordow aside for Trump as a personal gesture. As an assassination target for Iran, he’s got a debt he’s looking to settle. And for the US to rubble that facility could mark the final repudiation of Iraq Syndrome, where the US was loath to act in its own interests for fear of chimerical detrimental side effects
This would be the beginning of a new war, not the end.
A C-130 would be much easier to modify.
Something here doesn’t add up. The Israelis do a consistently superb job of mission planning and execution including being prepared for contingencies. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they would launch this war to neutralize Iran’s nuclear threat and try to clear the path for regime change, without having a solid plan for Fordow. Which suggests to me that they do have a plan and I’m just lacking their intel. The idea that they’d just make this part up as they went along, hoping for the US to step in at the appropriate time but without solid assurances, seems unlike them.
Just rent the bombers for one week.

Forget the nuclear threat. I want payback exacted for the thousands of Americans killed by Iran’s proxies, including on 10/7. It’s time we collected on this blood debt.
“Just rent the bombers for one week”
And have them crash both.
They don’t have to destroy the bunker to stop enrichment. Just the supporting infrastructure. Power generation. Ventilation. Water. Transportation, and the people.
I believe the difficulty of destroying Fordow is probably behind the regime change strategy, if you could get a friendly regime in Tehran, then you could get inspectors and agents into Fordow and dismantle it without using very large weapons.
I’m all for regime change in Iran personally but I note with some cynicism the number of times I’ve heard over a long lifetime that Iran was very close to having a nuclear weapon. They must have some of the slowest research programs ever devised. Of course losing successive groups of researchers to misadventure may play a role in that.
Exactly.
And if you have seen videos of the “Pulsing” bomb used at Natanz, Israel may have a trick or too up its sleeve.
Some say the pop pop pop is “cookoff” of ordinance but to me it seems too regular a rhythm, too much like a pile driver.
Yep...and Major Kong is not available.

Americans worry about US casualties from occupation, not air strikes that kill the enemy. Going into elections with Iran’s nuclear program reduced to grains of desert sand will be a real feather in his cap.
If you’re gonna do that don’t forget to put dog poo and flaming T-P on it.
