If it was hit by an on guided missile from the other plane, that missile might not necessarily have exploded unless it first traveled the requisite distance to arm.
Still might be a missile impact that damaged a wing.

The Su-25 is designed primarily for ground attack missions. Similar in role to our own A-10. One online source says they were in production from 1978-2017.

Metal fatigue, poor maintenance, extreme maneuvers, friendly fire… one or a combination of those factors would naturally be suspect if the Ukrainians didn’t tag it.

Britain has gone full loon for Euro Communism. Perusing the fighter film leads to UKR.

Their comment section is full of the mouth breathing loser side, who are back to “washing machines” usage to describe the fighter jets and missilebuttons. already kicked their butzzz. 🥴

In the 1970s, Russia was using WWII planes as passenger planes and every rivet rattled and shook or had long been lost. Are they still hiring grandma’s to climb on the wings to eyeball the refueling?

I’m starting to believe that the only difference between the modern Russian military and the Iraqi military is that the Russians have nukes.
