I’d scrub their toilet one time and leave a ring of superglue on the seat

Along with a nice little surprise on the floor of the bathroom if you get my drift.

“Nevertheless, most brokers agree that going the extra mile pays dividends.

“Nothing is beneath me,” said Zaitzeff. “I tell people that we scrub toilets for a living part-time.” “

Considering how much they make selling or listing these multimillion dollar places, cleaning that toilet pays a small fortune. That’s why they do it. And actually if they don’t want to clean the toilet they could hire someone to do it for $25/hr.

I doubt the RE Agent is doing the task, they hire someone else to do it. As for reservations at a popular restaurant in 2 hours, is unlikely to be fulfilled on sch short notice.

BUT THEY WILL TRY, FOR THEIR COMMISION IS MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE MAKE IN A DECADE OF HARD WORK.

As they laugh all the way to the bank with the several hundreds of thousands in commission money, which will be used to create even more wealth via other investments being made. 🤣

So, unless you're stupid, which I doubt is the case, you would not do what you claim. 😋

Because referrals are a major part of being a successful RE Agent.
