Someone that highly allergic should have had an epipen or something at hand.
Sometimes you don’t know you’re allergic. I know a man who almost died of a sting in his 60s; he’d just never been stung before.
Fortunately, the ambulance guys got to him just in time. NOW he carries an epipen.
