U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is ramping up its efforts to combat marriage fraud — and the internet is ablaze with calls to investigate none other than Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar.
On June 6, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) posted a fiery message on X (formerly Twitter), sending a clear warning to those who think they can game the immigration system.
For years, whispers and allegations have swirled around Omar, with persistent claims that she married her own brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, in a shameless ploy to secure his green card.
According to her limited bio on the far-left Wikipedia, Ilhan Omar divorced her second husband, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, in 2011.
Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is allegedly her brother.
The two were legally married on February 12, 2009, and divorced in 2011.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
It sounds like she committed fraud, it should be looked at.
Which reminds me, haven’t heard much from Tish James lately.
Ilhan Omar is government class, she will face no consequences.
I immediately thought of that 90s movie with the French guy - I think it was called “Green Card”
This gives cover to remove Omar. It removes the lefts abilitty to claim she is targeted.
Is their a statute of limitations?
I’m imprisoned somewhere between George Orwell, Walt Disney, and George Lucas.
Stuck between Georges?
The Trump trial thru statute of limitations out the window. He was tried for activities over 30 years old.
"Another strike out for Jeb Boasberg.
Yesterday a 3-judge panel (all Trump appointees) of DC appellate court put a hold on his latest gambit to give "due process" rights to illegal Venezuelans tied to Tren de Aragua incarcerated in El Salvador terror prison."
Did Tish ever admit that 20 foot Sullen faced black woman statue wàs indeed modeled after her?
>> their a statute of limitations?
In immigration law, there is no such thing. If it is discovered that you lied during the naturalization process, you can be denaturalized and deported 30, 50 years later.
Like it has been done to ex-Nazis who hid their past.
Could she be expelled from congress after being found guilty? Gotta show we aren’t dickin’ around.

I’m not a legal expert, but yes she would revert to her previous immigration status and thus would be ineligible for the office, as well as being subject to deportation due to her violation of immigration law.
Denaturalizations have been pursued more agressively during Trump 1.0 as well.

Even so, the plank for denaturalization is pretty high. One has not only lie during the process, but lie in a matter that would be considered concealing a material fact.
Even former Nazis, who were denaturalized, often died before being actually deported.
Excellent!
She’s the one who married her brother.
LEGALLY MARRIED IN SOMALIA OR HERE?
WHERE IN THE USA CAN YOU LEGALLY MARRY YOUR BROTHER???
