Donald Trump is set to deploy ICE tactical units to five Democrat-run cities amid the riots in Los Angeles as Gavin Newsom nearly broke into tears while blaming his administration for inciting the California chaos.
The military-style units are set to storm New York City, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia and northern Virginia, MSNBC reported. Four of those five are heavily blue cities, while northern Virginia contains the Democrat enclave of Alexandria.
The ICE raids have sparked protests that brought Los Angeles to its knees, as the mayor has put the city on lockdown from 8pm to 6am this morning.
The reports came as the California governor delivered a harrowing prediction for the rest of the country Tuesday night in a nationally televised address that blasted Trump's deployment of US troops to Los Angeles.
'Look, this isn't just about protests here in Los Angeles, when Donald Trump sought blanket authority to commandeer the National Guard. He made that order apply to every state in this nation,' Newsom said, as he teared up.
'This is about all of us. This is about you. California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Other states are next. Democracy is next. Democracy is under assault before our eyes, this moment we have feared has arrived.'
Newsom accused Trump of 'taking a wrecking ball to our founding fathers' historic project' of three co-equal branches of government.
'What Donald Trump wants most is your fealty, your silence, to be complicit in this moment. Do not give in to him,' he concluded.

They’re not “immigration riots”, they’re illegal alien riots. They go around carrying Mexican flags while they burn and loot. It’s an attack.
Alas, it seems like every big city in this country is now Democrat-run. Even here in Kentucky, a very red state, our two main cities, Louisville and Lexington, are blue islands in a red sea. I wish I could think of a city where Republicans are in charge, so we could see if it is better managed than the rest.

I was in California over a month ago. He needs to cry harder, they need the rain.
This must make the Democrats big sad. It puts federal law enforcement in high crime areas to nab cartel members and wanted persons who have evaded the law so far. And while the government is there, they might as well intimidate the street gangs. The feds might shut down a lot of drug and weapons sales, and might impact human trafficking, money laundering and bribery of Democrat officials. Every illegal alien who is deported represents a potential vote in 2026 and 2028. The Democrats simply can’t tolerate the harassment of their valued constituents. /s
I can’t begin to describe what I think of him.
That is the simple truth. It is the exact reason Democrats support unlimited immigration.
If the illegal immigrants voted (and they do vote, or at least ballots get counted in their names) for Republicans, the Democrats would build a 30-foot wall on the border with an alligator-filled moat to keep them out of the country.
That has been true for longer than we have been alive. We need to carefully consider why things always develop that way and what could be done to change it.

I wonder what they have in common? I am surprised that Portland and the SF/Oakland/Bay Area are not on the list.
I expect violence this weekend (Saturday and maybe Sunday) in Seattle based on local news stories and past violent protests of all kinds of things, as long as the nice weather holds.
Why would ICE pre-announce their raids?
The Democrats have been using illegal immigration to gain and solidify political power and to dilute their opposition for many decades. As has been pointed out before, even if they don't vote (many do illegally) they are counted in the census and add to the representation of an area and the electoral votes of a state. This is a direct attack on the right of American citizens to representative government.
As I see it, the top priorities for this Trump administration have to include:
1. Voting reform to prevent stolen elections
2. Deportation of illegals, with commensurate corrections of the census for those areas impacted.
3. Prevention of illegal immigration (border security; definitive criteria for asylum claims).
4. Dismantling of the stealth areas of government, like the NGOs
5. Disempowering the ‘deep state’.
6. Reform of the justice system (so many areas to cover under this)
7. Reform and strengthen the military (reform meaning removing the agenda-driven political operatives put in place by previous administrations).
The judges here are a damned disgrace. Practically all females under the age of 40, with most criminal statutes protecting private property decriminalized with zero law enforcement.
The sheriff is a complete joke, a RINO with a wife whose father is a construction magnate worth over $7 billion and a son from a previous marriage convicted of attempted murder.
Yet this corrupt excuse for a public servant continues to be re-elected by stupid voters, who know nothing whatsoever about him, or his past.
The State Attorney for the county, Susan Lopez, is another disgrace. If you contact that office as a law-abiding citizen seeking assistance, you will be studiously ignored.
Tampa's mayor, Jane Castor, is an openly-gay ex-police chief.
So, surprise surprise, Hillsborough County with a burgeoning population of almost four million (dwarfing all surrounding more conservative red counties) is the magnetic North for an extensive population of Brazilian illegal aliens.
These illegal aliens are the most arrogant and potentially violent occupiers and invaders you would ever see in this country.
However, Brazil is one of the few South American countries refusing to accept back their own illegal aliens deported from the U.S.
Jair Bolsonaro, ex-President of Brazil, would have accepted them. But he is in trouble down there with his Marxisat opponent, Lula DaSilva, now in power.
Da Silva's government is prosecuting Bolsonaro for alleged voter obstruction charges. He was the Brazilian's "Donald Trump". So the left is now after his hide.
Because of this roadblock, ICE probably will bypass the Brazilian illegal alien population in Tampa, but one can only hope Trump will at some point have them swept up.
We are scheduled to have an anti-ICE demonstration on Saturday, June 14, at the Tampa City Hall.
Our foreign enemies know exactly which communities to target.
In many of the democRAT run cities and States, even if a person is deported, their completed election ballot will find a way to be "counted."
Count on it.
We need about 200,000 more ICE agents, backed by civilian volunteers who can be deputized.
