Ukraine just struck deep into Russia, destroying a key electronics factory in Cheboksary that powers Putin’s missiles, drones, and glide bombs.
With only two stealth drones, Ukraine crippled a plant essential to Russia’s war machine—impacting everything from missile guidance systems to nuclear sub components. As smoke rises, Ukraine’s message is clear: nowhere is safe.

An apology if my reply was so inarticulately made as to draw you to the wrong conclusion.
Understood. Sorry about that. Wasn’t sure how ironic you were being.
Afghanistan also repaid America for the arms support gifted them, ... with three Terrorist Attacks on American Civilians, Women and Children at the World Trade Center alone.
“Where is Colonel MacGregor when you need him?”
No kidding. I loved MacGregor crap.
It is true. I recall a deep thinking friend of mine at the time, about 1980, saying:
You have to be careful about dealing with Muslims. They may attack us next.
He is a analyze power relationships, real-politic kind of guy.
That, coupled with Brit bureaucrats and US State Dept neocons scuttling the preliminary peace agreement one month into the conflict.
They got what they wanted: interminable war.
It is high time the self-righteous would be Geo geo-politicians who cynically advocate the betrayal of Ukraine revealed themselves and stated whether they prefer Ukraine to win or lose.
No evading the question, no revising the question, no deviating into side issues, do you want Ukraine to win or not?
Well said. I have touched on that point before. Granted there are some who truly don’t care. They just don’t want us or our money involved. However, there are quite a few that are definitely pro-Russian. When they demanded proof of pro-Russian posts, I gave it to them. They ignored it. For some reason, there are quite a few here who simply want Russia to win. Some of them are obviously Russian trolls. I simply don’t understand about the rest of them.
My view is that the motives are rarely flattering. Some act out of kind of intellectual conceit associated with academics like Mearsheimer and Jeffrey Sachs who torture every fact to come to foregone conclusions.
But most of those on this forum who want Russia to prevail do so out of misguided loyalty to Donald Trump. They conceive that Trump must want Russia to win because he abuses Ukraine and deplores the fact of the war and its casualties.
Since Trump has provocatively made Zelinski a corrupt warmonger to accommodate Russia's demands to end the war, Trump supporters have carried this contention a step further.
I believe Trump regards Ukraine and its sovereignty to be a disposable obstacle in his vision of a modus vivendi with Russia that pries Russia away from China. To do this, Trump paints Russia as benign and Ukraine as unworthy, if not actively blameworthy for this war.
Trump has been so wrongfully maligned over the years that his supporters (of whom I count myself one on many issues) reflexively adopt what they believe to be his position. The more vehement their aping of what they believe to be Trump's position, the more they can abandon independent thinking.
