The great society programs of Lyndon Baines Johnson were Deliberatly structured to create a permanent black underclass by only providing welfare, or the most benefits, to unwed mothers, not married families.

The result is a multigenerational matriarchal family structure that where mothers start having children at 14 to get those benefits, the fathers do not live in the homes, the "mother" lives with Grandmother and possibly Great Grandmother, and every one is younger than 50. There is no father around to provide discipline and the boys end up on the street and going to jail.

My Ex used to teach in the inner-city school system at a time when “Home Visits” were required. She visited a home where the 1st grader lived with her mom and grandmother. There wasn’t a book, magazine, or comic book anywhere. The mother was 18 and the grandmother was 33. Tell me they’re not from a screwed up culture.
