The thing that decided for me way back when that Donald Trump was the guy may seem trivial, but here it is.
You may remember this.
During the 2016 debates, the candidates were being announced. Ben Carson must have missed his cue and was a little turned around. The camera was on the candidates waiting to be introduced just off stage.
Jeb Bush and another candidate walked by Dr. Carson, and they were actually smirking.
Trump stopped and talked with Ben, they chatted and got it worked out.
