Dr Peters later became the Chairman of Urology at Parkland and one of the most respected Professors for his integrity in his field. The other physicians Drs Perry, Baxter, Jones and McClelland also became prominent and well respected in their fields. All said the same in their depositions.

Yes. He had two wounds. One into his upper back that exited his throat, and the second to the back of his head which definitely killed him if the first wound had not been fatal.
