EXCLUSIVE Father of slain Austin Metcalf makes desperate last-ditch attempt to stop high school REWARDING his killer

The father of a teen football star who was stabbed to death at a college track meet has challenged a school's decision to let his killer graduate.

Jeffrey Metcalf has filed a formal complaint about Centennial High School awarding Karmelo Anthony his diploma - despite being accused of murdering his son Austin.

Anthony, 18, is alleged to have pulled the knife on 17-year-old Austin at the stadium in Frisco, Texas, on April 2, before his victim bled out in his twin brother's arms.

The sickening attack has since sparked a toxic culture war as some rowed in behind the attacker and raised over $500,000 for his defense.

The killer's spokesman confirmed to DailyMail.com Jeffrey had challenged the school's decision to award him a diploma despite confessing to the horrific crime.

Dominque Alexander continued: 'Now you have a father filing a complaint to the TEA (Texas Education Agency).'

It is unclear what the filing means in practice, but it is understood to be one of few ways the grieving father can contest the graduation.

“What will the “Austin Metcalf Law” be?”

All these laws are well intentioned but knee-jerk political responses. Amber a good idea but appropriate laws against kidnapping, murder etc on the books forever. “Shannon’s Law” ...for example...in Arizona criminalizes use of firearm to protect your pet...a knee-jerk law if there ever was one.

“Our Founding Fathers were geniuses.”

Indeed they were. But they were all white men; hence the drumbeat of hate from the left towards them.

The killer is a hero in California for being black and killing white.

” but unless there is some requirement that is being waived to allow the dude to graduate, there is no grounds for protest. “

If the killer did the work and earned the credits, I don’t see how to stop him graduating either. Just mail his diploma and don’t let him walk. Then school officials won’t have to shake his fiendish, bloody hand. Dad best spend his efforts ensuring the killer gets the max.

If he deserves hanging, hang him. If, in the mean time, he deserves a diploma, give him a diploma.

The main flaw with him graduating is that, from what one hears, he ought to have been swiftly executed which would make him ineligible.

“Must be the moron is finally waking up. He showed no respect for his son’s life when he immediately came out and forgave Anthony for stabbing his son to death. That showed weakness on his part, and ignorance.”

Sigh - doing the Christian thing for his own soul doesn’t make one weak - he still has the right to be outraged at the school.

I saw the boy on FOX the day after his son was murdered and he was trying to win the Turn The Other Cheek award with all of his BS about “forgiveness” and other nonsense. If the murdering little racist biatch had killed my son, he probably would not need a shyster lawyer and a go fund me page.

The Christian thing isn’t going to bring his son back, or anyone else’s loved one who forgives the murderer of their loved one. I don’t have to forgive. That’s God’s job, not mine.

Sigh - when we forgive, we do it for our selves...God still has the final say in whether the person will get through the “Pearly Gates”...

When one refuses to forgive within one’s own heart, that one suffers the bitterness and bile.

I think the POS should be rotting in jail....but it’s not up to me whether he burns in Hell.
